A Word From the Founder
Today, Al Nayzak for Supportive Education and Scientific Innovation, stands tall with the operationalizing of the Jerusalem Innovation Park. More than a name on a map, this is a promise fulfilled. JIP vision Explained
This Park is not a single entity, but a vibrant ecosystem. It is a conscious design to weave together every strand of learning and innovation into an embroidery of limitless possibility.
At its heart beats our IB World School, where we don’t just teach students what to learn, but how to think—critically, globally, and compassionately. Where their curiosity doesn’t stop at the classroom door.
It spills out into our Science Garden, a living laboratory where theories meet the earth and the sky throughout different scientific exhibitions. It ignites in our FabLabs and WetLabs, where ideas are no longer abstract, but are prototyped, built, and tested with hands and modern scientific tools devices.
And this community of creators, educators and thinkers will share their skills and discoveries here. They will enjoy their cultural activities at our Outdoor Amphitheatre and Green Cafeteria, and their sportive events in our playground, under the Jerusalem sun. They will debate, confer and present their breakthroughs in our Indoor Auditorium, to an audience of peers, mentors, and families. This Park is a gift to, and from, the entire Jerusalem community.
Acknowledging the Challenges
They said a vision of this scale was ambitious. Perhaps they were right. But they could not have predicted the storms we would navigate to reach this shore.
We broke ground as a global pandemic swept the world, bringing isolation, fear, and immense uncertainty. Construction halted, but our resolve did not. We learned to innovate in how we build, just as we today start teaching our students to innovate. COVID-19 taught us that the very skills this Park embodies—resilience, adaptability, scientific problem-solving—were not just educational ideals; they were essential tools for survival.
And in moments of tension and unrest that touch this city we love, some asked: is this the time for such a project? We answered, with unwavering conviction: this is exactly the time.
In the face of division, we chose to build a common ground for collaboration. In the face of uncertainty, we chose to invest in certainty—the certainty that an educated, empowered generation is the only true path to a stable and prosperous future. This Park is our steadfast declaration that hope will always be louder than fear.
Jerusalem Innovation Park is a monument to resilience. It is a testament to the countless believers—the visionary donors, the tireless engineers, the dedicated educators, the supportive parents, and the unwavering community leaders who never doubted the cause.
JIP is yours. You dared to imagine a centre of excellence that would put Jerusalem on the map not for its conflicts, but for its contributions to science, to art, to education and foremost to human progress.
So let the doors of the Jerusalem Innovation Park swing open. Let the students flood in. Let the machines hum to life. Let cultural, scientific and sportif activities begin and the learning journey of the future generations commence.
This is where the future of Jerusalem begins. And it is brilliant.
